Description

The Twin Valleys Brut Reserve NV is a premium sparkling wine, sourcing fruit from multiple sites all within the King Valley, in northeast Victoria. This sparkling is a true delight. Bursting with elegance and finesse, it offers a beautiful pale golden colour, with persistent stream of bubbles reaching the surface. The aroma showcases a delicate bouquet of ripe red apple, wild strawberries, crisp citrus, and hints of toasty brioche.

On the palate, again, ripe, juicy, and crisp, pink-lady apple, fig, and a subtle minerality. A delightful balance of vibrant acidity and soft beads on the palate, really showcase the exceptional fruit quality of this wine. The finish lingers with caresses of the strawberry and a touch of almond, creating a long, and multi-dimensional experience.

    Our NV Pinot Chardonnay sparkling pairs wonderfully with a range of both light and richer dishes. Its versatility and lively acidity make for an excellent choice for seafood, think lobster, Moreton Bay bugs, smoked salmon, or grilled prawns. Due to the crispness of the acid, the wine also complements creamy cheese dishes, cheeseboards, and charcuterie. Enhancing the earthiness you can get from a camembert, or the spice in cured meats, the wine cuts through the rich proteins, making it very easy to keep coming back!

    Roasted poultry dishes also marry very well with this sparkling, which again, has this ability to cut through the rich fats of the meal, elevating the savouriness to the dishes, and extending length of the wine. A match made in heaven!
